Smart Meds Reminder is a medication reminder tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow your doctor or pharmacist.
1. Who we are

2. The service
Smart Meds Reminder helps you schedule medication reminders on Android. Medication data is stored locally on your device. There is no account required and no cloud sync of your medication list.
3. Free and Premium
- The free plan may limit the number of medications (default: 3) and may show ads.
- Premium features (unlimited medications, journal, package status, doses, expiration tracking) are sold as in-app purchases through Google Play.
- A short trial may unlock some Premium screens. Prices and renewals are shown only in Google Play.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering correct medication information and for taking medications as prescribed. We are not liable for missed doses, incorrect entries, or health outcomes.
5. Website
This website (smartmedsreminder.com) provides product information and links to Google Play. Analytics and measurement tools may run subject to your consent settings.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Smart Meds Reminder to wyłącznie narzędzie do przypominania o lekach. Nie jest wyrobem medycznym i nie udziela porad medycznych, diagnoz ani leczenia. Zawsze stosuj się do zaleceń lekarza lub farmaceuty.

2. Usługa
Smart Meds Reminder pomaga planować przypomnienia o lekach na Androidzie. Dane o lekach są przechowywane lokalnie na urządzeniu. Nie jest wymagane konto i nie ma synchronizacji listy leków w chmurze.
3. Free i Premium
- Plan darmowy może ograniczać liczbę leków (domyślnie: 3) i może wyświetlać reklamy.
- Funkcje Premium (bez limitu leków, dziennik, opakowania, dawki, terminy ważności) są sprzedawane jako zakupy w aplikacji przez Google Play.
- Krótki trial może odblokować część ekranów Premium. Ceny i odnowienia są widoczne tylko w Google Play.
4. Twoja odpowiedzialność
Odpowiadasz za poprawne dane o lekach i za przyjmowanie leków zgodnie z zaleceniami. Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za pominięte dawki, błędne wpisy ani skutki zdrowotne.
5. Strona internetowa
Ta strona (smartmedsreminder.com) informuje o produkcie i prowadzi do Google Play. Narzędzia analityczne mogą działać zgodnie z Twoimi ustawieniami zgody.
6. Zmiany
Możemy aktualizować regulamin. Data na górze wskazuje ostatnią wersję. Dalsze korzystanie oznacza akceptację zmian.
