What the medication intake journal shows

Intake Journal is a chronological log of intake statuses you already recorded. It is available with Premium or during trial - not a clinical report.

In-app steps

  1. From the Meds menu open Intake Journal. If you lack Premium or an active trial, the app shows the paywall path.
  2. Browse chronological entries with status labels such as TAKEN, SKIPPED, SNOOZED, NOTIFIED, MED_DEACTIVATED, MED_REACTIVATED.
  3. Use the journal to review what you logged - not to invent medical conclusions.
  4. Export a JSON backup from Settings if you want a file copy of logs.

Limitations

Smart Meds Reminder is a medication reminder and log. It is not medical advice and does not replace a qualified clinician or pharmacist.
