What the medication intake journal shows
Intake Journal is a chronological log of intake statuses you already recorded. It is available with Premium or during trial - not a clinical report.
In-app steps
- From the Meds menu open Intake Journal. If you lack Premium or an active trial, the app shows the paywall path.
- Browse chronological entries with status labels such as TAKEN, SKIPPED, SNOOZED, NOTIFIED, MED_DEACTIVATED, MED_REACTIVATED.
- Use the journal to review what you logged - not to invent medical conclusions.
- Export a JSON backup from Settings if you want a file copy of logs.
Limitations
- Gated by navigateToPremiumScreen / TrialManager.shouldShowPremiumContent.
- Journal does not judge whether your logging means good or bad adherence.
- Statuses reflect what the app recorded, not pharmacist advice.
Smart Meds Reminder is a medication reminder and log. It is not medical advice and does not replace a qualified clinician or pharmacist.
