See how much of a pack is left
Track remaining quantity on your phone: set Package Amount, mark Taken so the count drops, and set a Low package alert percentage. This is household logistics - not a pharmacy order and not medical advice about when to refill.
Set amount, Taken, and the low-stock %
- Open the Meds list. Add a medicine or tap Edit.
- Fill Package Amount with how much is in the pack you have now (for example tablets left). Tap Save.
- When a dose is due, mark Taken (or Mark as taken on the notification). Remaining drops by that dose size. Skipped doses do not subtract.
- Open Settings → Low package alert. Enter a percentage of the original package. The default is 30% if you never changed it. Enter 0 to turn those alerts off.
Adjust on Package Status
Package Status is available during the free trial and with Premium.
- Open Package Status from the top inventory icon on the Meds list, or from Settings → Package Status.
- For each medicine with a package amount, check Remaining and Original Package.
- Tap edit to open Manual Package Amount, type the current count, and save.
- Use + / − (Add Package / Remove Package) to add or remove one full original package amount - not one tablet at a time.
- Optional: use the Notifications switch on that card so low-package alerts can fire for that medicine.
- Optional: Add package (no doses) when you only need quantity tracking without a dose schedule.

Limitations
- No pharmacy refill order, delivery, or inventory sync with a pharmacy.
- Camera text scan does not count pills or fill Package Amount - it only helps with name or notes fields.
- Remaining percentage is not medical advice and does not measure whether you take doses on schedule.
- A reminder that fires without Taken does not lower the package count by itself.

FAQ
What is the default Low package alert threshold?
If you never changed it, Settings → Low package alert uses 30%. Set 0 to turn those alerts off.
Do + and − change the count by one pill?
No. On Package Status, + and − add or remove one full original package amount, not a single tablet.
Does remaining drop when a reminder fires by itself?
No. Remaining drops when you mark Taken (or Mark as taken). A notification alone does not subtract from the package.
