Before you travel, confirm the times on your labels are in the app, add notes or a package photo if that helps you pack, and export a JSON backup if you want an offline file copy.
In-app steps
- Review each med on the Meds list against the physical packages you will pack.
- Update schedule times if your trip clock changes - still enter times you are supposed to follow from your own instructions.
- Add notes or a photo for look-alike packages.
- Export JSON from Settings before you leave if you want a spare file.
- On the road, keep notification and exact-alarm permissions enabled so dose-time alerts still fire.
Limitations
- The app does not manage time-zone clinical adjustments for you.
- Keep original packaging when that helps identification - logistics tip only.
- No pharmacy shipping integration.

Does the app auto-shift doses for a new time zone?
No automatic clinical time-zone shifter is claimed. Update schedule times yourself when your instructions change.
Should I export before flying?
Export is optional logistics. A JSON backup is useful if you want a file copy separate from the phone database.
Can OCR build my travel kit list?
OCR only pastes text into name or notes. You still assemble the schedule and packing list.
